I purchased this holster when I was a collector from War-Relics in Canada. The Holster came from a Canadian collector with the accompanying paperwork. I have no reason to believe this is not 100% authentic as described. The Holster is named, in Pencil, on the interior lid to SS Obergefreiter Wulf-Dieter Kube. Apparently a family name with some research material available. I believe “Kube Obgfr.” Carried a P.38 in this holster. The tool pouch is unused, the magazine pouch has a P.38 modification, and there is no toggle imprint on the interior of the holster. Additionally, it appears that the imprint of a P.38 is impregnated into the back of the holster. I believe this unique holster, is an amazing one of a kind artifact, it’s super cool and super rare. The holster has a special place in my office on a shelf, I included a picture.
Very good gfg 41 holster, very good leather, very good white stitching, lift strap intact. P.38 magazine modification likely done by depot. Holster Maker- gfg- Carl Hepting & Co Stuttgart- Feuerbach.
P.08 mag for display of pouch modification only, not included
